Litigation Support / Forensic Services
Jim has experience in providing litigation support and forensic services to attorneys and clients. He has testified in various proceedings, representing clients, debtors and creditors, both in and out of bankruptcy.
During 1999-2000, Jim was engaged to assist his client in a civil proceeding regarding a dispute over royalty payments due from a large Defense contract. This project involved extensive forensic work covering three contract years. Extensive analytical time was spent in the field, at the defendant's place of business. Ultimately, the case went to arbitration, which resulted in the client realizing a substantial settlement.
